Redwood Attachments have edit button but cannot update anything

Summary:

In Responsive UI, when you upload an attachment in the Comments and Attachment section, you are able to edit the attachment and change title , category and description but in Redwood UI the fields are read-only and cannot be updated. The Edit button is redundant and confusing as it shows the user that they can do something but does not allow it


Is there any profile option / configuration / role privileges that controls this in Redwood ? Or this is feature not delivered yet?
