Unable to hide Contact Relationship DFF in Redwood My contacts page

Summary:

We are working on Redwood rollout now and when we migrate the changes as per responsive page, Redwood My Contact page shows DFF when we go for Family and Emergency contacts. But we don't need any DFF field here. I have tried disabling the DFF in VB studio but still appearing. Can anyone help me to hide it if possible using VB studio.
