FTE is Taking "Assignment Standard Working Hours" Instead of "Derived Standard Working Hours".

FTE value is the result of dividing employee working hours by derived standard working hours.

in the application, it's taking a hidden field called "Assignment Standard Working hours" to calculate FTE.

Why is this happening? and how to correct this?
