How do you remove Agent access
Summary:
We have an employee that is no longer part of the department, and the Agent access must be removed. I have removed the custom Agent, Case Worker and Resource roles; I have removed her from the Resource Team (in the directory) and the Queue. When I view this user in Service > Users and Security > Show All Tasks > Manage Users, I cannot remove the Resource Role. There is no blank value in the Resource Role list of values
When creating a new Help Desk Request, the person still appears in the ‘Assign To’ list of values, and she should not appear.
