Update Community Access Groups from voluntary to required member

On 24D.

Under Learning Community > Membership > Access, we've populated Voluntary Member based on Access Group call "All Active Management Employees".

Q1. What would be the best way to mass update them to Required Member?

Q2. How can I inactivate Access Group status?
