Assigning two locations to one line manager

Summary:

We have a use case where we need to map One Line Manager to two locations . Right now we are using Position management where Line manager tagged to parent position has access to only one loaction which is mapped to that position . So I would need inputs on how to give same line manager access to other location as well .

Example :Line manager on position A has access to Location X , we need to provider access to Location Y as well for same Line manager so that he/she can hire employees in location Y .
