Redwood Personal Details Page - Biographical Info - Fields not visible in Overview

On Page Personal Details, we have made fields visible via VB Business Rule. Rule Condition is based on User Roles:

Country of Birth, Region of Birth, Town of Birth


When editing Biographical Info, fields are visible:

However, in Overview on Personal Detials (not editing) the fields do not show:

Anyone familiar with this behavior? Do we need to create an SR here?
