Unable to Purge Cycle Count

Hello,

A cycle count definition cannot be purged through the scheduled process "Purge Cycle Count" or the manage cycle count interface actions → Purge Cycle Count option. Other cycle counts can be purged through the scheduled process. The abnormal cycle count is set up with "Cycle Count By Item Category" unchecked and cannot be changed. If this is the cause of the issue, how do I fix it?
