How to clean up Canada Province LOV in Contact Info > Address page dropdown

Summary:

How do we fix Canada Province LOV? In Contact Info > Address pages, it's showing multiple values in the dropdown. We want to show only the codes like (AB, BC, NB, MB, etc)

In Hierarchy Defined, only the following values are setup.

Also, I think it's coming from this page. How can we setup to show only the Primary Name?
