Partner integrations for multiple active careers sites

In the oracle documentations for creating multiple careers sites(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/25a/faimh/manage-multiple-career-sites.html#Reorder-Career-Sites), there is a note "The active site should be in the top position for some partner integrations, such as resume parsing, to work." Does this mean that if we have multiple active careers sites, partner integrations may only work for the top active site? If so, will Linkdin and Indeed integrations for importing and posting jobs work for the second active site?
