Set the decline reason mandatory in Employee Self-Service in OM

Hi!

We are planning to enable the Employee Self-Service in Opportunity Marketplace in our environments. In the classic UI, the decline reason in the offer acceptance flow is not mandatory:

Upon testing, it is the same:

We wanted to know if we can make the decline reason required. If yes, can you please share to us how you did it.
