Home Email, Primary Home Mobile phone data not coming in BIP Report

Summary:

We are facing an issue for end user, where they are not able to see data in Home email, Primary Home Mobile phone and Supplemental Home Mobile Phone in BIP report.

The report does not contain secured views.

We also compared the roles and privileges of the employee who has visibility of these fields. We created a copy of one role impacted employee had and added the below privileges.

Manage Person Email : PER_MANAGE_PERSON_EMAIL_PRIV
Manage Person Phone : PER_MANAGE_PERSON_PHONE_PRIV
Manage Person Communication Method : PER_MANAGE_PERSON_COMMUNICATION_METHOD_PRIV

Added this new role to the impacted employee and ran the Send pending ldap, retrieve ldap and import user scheduled processes.
