Hide the delete candidate options on the Candidate Search page from the Actions button

Hello everyone,

The client is requesting to hide the option to delete a candidate from the candidate search page and from the page where the candidate information is located, only for some users.

The privileges were removed from the roles assigned to him:
Delete Candidate
Delete Job Application

Despite this, the option to delete the candidate is still displayed enabled.

Is it possible to make this customization in some other way?
