Enhanced UI experience issue

Hi，

Just a surprise to see that the years-long-asked enhancement for some of the web UI experience is finally in place now. One of the thing, is on the launch rule tab, now you can search for the rule to launch which is great, but noticed an issue, after click Launch , there is no prompt window to show the rule get kicked off and "…..in progress" like before, it seems defaulted to run in background and you need to go to job console to see whether it get launched, which is not friendly, I even doubt if there's something wrong
