Redwood Payment Methods Sort Code Search not working

Summary:

We have enabled the Payment Methods (Self-Service) Redwood page by enabling the ORA_PAY_MY_PAYMENT_METHODS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile. I also applied the appropriate steps based on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll 24B What's New. These steps included the following:

Confirmed the following:

  • Profile Option: CE_USE_EXISTING_BANK_BRANCH = Yes
  • The following roles exist for employee custom role:
    • ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_WORKER_BANK_ACCOUNTS
    • ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_WORKER_BANK_ACCOUNTS_FSCM

Performed the following:

  • In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Standard Lookups task.
    • Search for the lookup type ORA_IBY_CONTROLLED_FEATURES
