When will Copy Offer be available in Redwood ORC?

Summary:

Per Oracle documentation, the Copy Offer functionality is not being made available in Redwood just yet.   "The Copy Offer action isn’t available in this release. It will be available in a future release."

This functionality is crucial to efficiently hiring in large batches, and we now find ourselves without it unexpectedly. Is there a targeted release timeframe?

Also, what is the recommended workaround for how recruiters can easily and quickly create offer that duplicate previously created ones; or create a template that can be replicated?
