Job Overtime status different on Manage Job vs Job Details screen (non-Redwood)

Summary:

Overtime status field has different data populated depending on which way you navigate.

My Client Groups > Workforce Structures > Job Details - shows the job as Exempt

Setup and Maintenance > Search: Manage Job - shows the job as NonExempt

Any idea how we can get the data to sync? We are not using Redwood Jobs yet, but I went ahead and ran the process below just in case and that did not work.

While troubleshooting an issue, we came across a handful of Jobs that were showing incorrect on our Workforce structures screen but appearing correctly on our Job details report. After reviewing, it looks like if we navigate via the two navigations mentioned above, the data appears different. Any idea how we can get the data to sync? We have not yet enabled Redwood on these pages.
