How to mass update Department Hierarchy ID in AOR aside from HDL

Hello All,

The configuration of our AOR is based on the Department Tree. Aside from upload thru HDL, is there a way to perform a mass update of the Department Hierarchy ID in AOR thru an ESS job if the Department Tree was updated, deleted or reloaded again?

We saw the ESS job Refresh Representative Data, does this update or refresh the Department Hierarchy ID as well?
