HCM Public View Objects ?

We are planning to use "Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service" to extract data out of our HCM cloud by means of using PVO's. I found the list of available PVO's via "KB26833"-note.

I do have some followup questions:

  1. Is the list complete in the "KB26833"-note?
  2. Is there a licence fee associated for using the HCM Cloud PVO's?
  3. Can we call these PVO's directly from "Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service" or is there a kind of "connector" in between that is needed to use the HCM PVO's
