Serial number is getting re-assigned to same item immediately after the Sales order issue.

Hi Team,

For one of the items with serial control in the system was assigned one of the serial number, which is issued out during sales order issue.

After few days the same serial number is re-assigned to same item during "Work in Process Product Completion"

When we want to return the sales order, the same serial number needs to be returned and available for that item but before the same serial already assigned to that item in Work order completion.

Let me give you a simple example:

lets assume we shipped out a laptop with serial no. SN001 and it was never returned from the customer
