Redwood VBS Error: The call to the recruitingOppMktJobDetails service failed

Hello,

we are trying to change the Business Rule of the Job Details page of the Opportunity Marketplace,

but the following VBS Error occures: "The call to the recruitingOppMktJobDetails Service failed".

We tried the following, which was mentioned in the CCC:

  1. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values > Profile Option Code: ORA_CORS_ORIGINS > Value = ’self’ https://<VBS_INSTANCE_DOMAIN>
  2. Open VB and ctrl+shift+i and enable Disable cache

Both ideas were not working in our case. Are there any other solutions regarding this issue? Thank you
