25A-Color, text size & coverart resolution of the Redwood learner landing page changed undocumented

Why were the tiles and colors on the learner landing page changes? The colors of the Assignment statuses are now different shades, the text size is smaller, the image cover art has shrunken.

This wasn't mentioned in the 25A Learning and development release notes - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/25a/lear-25a/25A-learning-wn-f35763.htm#Steps-to-Enable
