Trigger Approval Flow if FTE is updated on a Position

Hi Experts,

We are currently using Position management and have a requirement to design an approval flow

If the FTE on a position is changed/updated for specific jobs then it should trigger an Approval Flow to a certain team/department

Please help me with a logic for FTE update
