Adding new line type to AP_ISP_INV_CHARGE_TYPE lookup is not working

Summary:

I am trying to add new line type for isupplier invoices. I found AP_ISP_INV_CHARGE_TYPE lookup which is not working as expected (cannot see new line type in create invoice window from isupplier).

Is extending this lookup in Fusion also not available like EBS 12.2?
