Will existing delegations be deleted or ended as a part of turning off the functionality?

Hello All,

To meet our requirement, we need to remove our custom role's access to delegate a role.

I've removed the "Manage Role Delegations" from our custom role and regenerated it. I've also run the necessary processes. Will this delete existing delegations from the user? Is there a way to extract a list of users who have delegated a role to another?
