Redwood Terminate Employment Action List of Value missing for custom role

Hi

I am trying to enable Redwood Terminate Employment for one of the existing custom HR roles.

I have added the privileges and can see the action but when I go to enter the termination details its not showing me any Termination actions under LOV?

If I access this using standard roles I am able to use it perfectly.

I did a comparison of the custom role to the standard role but the differences are not clearly pointing to whats missing.

Thoughts? Are there any privileges/roles I am missing in the custom role?
