Please advise how I can enroll and update the completion for a terminated associate at the offering level. I have attempted to use HDL, but without an activity attempt number, I am unable to proceed with marking the associate's completion in the respective offerings.

Is there a way to bypass this requirement or generate an activity attempt number for terminated associates? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
