Withholding tax invoice not reversed upon voided payment

We have voided payment and cancelled the supplier invoice on which WHT invoice was generated at the time of payment. However reversal of WHT invoice is not generated upon voiding the payment. Anyone experienced this? how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance. Niv
