I'm trying to run a ruleset from Rules in the Tools section of Navigator (screenshot 1 below). However, the next screen looks different from usual (screenshot 2 below) and when I run it, I get an error (screenshot 3 below). I was able to run it when I scheduled it through Jobs.

Why can't I run the ruleset from here anymore? Do I have to run rulesets only from Jobs now? When did the look of the rules page change?

I ran this just 2 days ago with no issues.
