Learning Records Real Time - Questionnaire Responses

Summary: I have a simple analysis based on the subject area for Learning Records Real Time. For some reason, as soon as I add a section for "Questionnaire Responses" it will not return any data. Does anyone else have this problem? We believe it stopped working after 25A that we received this week.
