Description of the issue:

Whenever I try to create a quote via "Add a Model" action, the page re-direct to this screen where we need to configure the machine.

I need the second line to configure the machine model, but almost half of the time I am struggling to get the same. Sometimes we have to refresh the page or clear the cache data to avoid this kind of error, but for unknown reason this is not working. Sometimes we need to refresh the page like 10-15 times to get the second line. Most of the users in our company facing the same issue even in the Production site.
