Invoice Header Description field is not visible on the view invoice page

Summary:

The business user has observed that the Invoice Header Description field is not visible when invoice searched from Manage invoice screen. It is only visible when the user tries to edit the invoice.

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to the Manage Invoice page.
2. Search for any invoice.
3. Click on the Invoice Number hyperlink.
4. Observe that the field is not available to review the value.

The system behavior is same for AP Accountant and Inquiry role. No user can see the description on the view invoice page. The field is only visible when entered in Edit invoice mode.
