Grade step attribute in Add pending worker Approval Rule not working

Summary:

Hi

We noticed one issue in Add pending worker approval rules . Approval rule having Worker's Proposed Assignment. Grade Step condition is not working . We see blank value is appearing in that attribute when we verified transaction log even though we passed grade step value while adding pending worker. Can anyone help on this . Is there anything I am missing

Because grade step is not recognized different rule is getting satisfied
