MS Teams integration user/team not popuil
Summary:
In HR Helpdesk (redwood experience)
I'm trying start a conversation via a MS Teams Collaboration Channel.
The Channel & Tenant are selectable, but When I need to enter a user or team, I don't get any results…
If I mention the team channel in to which the bot was added, nothing happens, same goes for a specific user.
So I'm currently unable to send the message..
Does anyone have been facing similar issues & knows a way to resolve it?
