Recruitment Reporting
Hi there, newer to Oracle and was not part of the implementation but an now leading the new module. I am hoping someone can walk me through the correct selections to create various reports Example: What subject area, what to select within the subject area and so on.
I am hoping to report on the following:
Time to fill
Where the candidates applied from
Date the position was posted and date the state/phase was changed to rejected or under consideration or whatever the case.
The data screening happened (So I guess how to report on various phases and states for a job req)
