"Last update" field for Roles changes

Is it possible to only filter Privileges , Duties, Policies changes etc in the"last update" field for a Role to do a report?

The customer is reporting that the "last update" field for a Role, is including the modification when a role is assigned / delete from a user account. The user only want to see changes inside a role (privileges, duties, policies, etc) in the "last update" information.
