An employee is deactivated in Person Management and in Candidate Search they are shown as Employee

Hello everyone.

We have some cases where the employee is already inactive from Person Management, but when searching for him in candidates he still appears as an employee and not as a former employee in the Candidate Type field.
Can you help us with the steps we should follow to be able to update the Candidate Type field for these employees who are presenting us with this problem.
