How to Correcting Reserved Quantity in Available to Reserve

Hello,

We have a client where Transfer Orders are processed only up to Pick Release (items by lot, following FEFO rules), but they do not proceed with shipment. Instead, they perform a Misc. Issuance.

As a result, the quantity remains reserved due to Pick Release and is now stuck in Available to Reserve due to the incomplete process.

How can we correct the quantity in Available to Reserve, considering that the lots are already expired and the items have already been released through Misc. Issue?
