Custom "Apply Now" button link in Career Sites

Hi there, 

 

Do you know if it's possible to customise the "Apply Now" button link in the Oracle Career Sites (OCS)? 

Our client wants to use OCS as a Job Board that displays all job postings created in ORC or in other systems (e.g. Workday). Aside from the integrations needed, we are researching whether it's possible to add a dynamic link behind the Apply Now button that redirects candidates to different systems (e.g. Workday) if needed.
