Hiding Budgeting Details and Attachments in "Request New Position" Quick Action

Hi,

Our customer needs to hide the "Budgeting Details" section as well as the "Attachments" in the "Request New Position" Quick Action. We expected that the "Position Costing" and "Attachments" sections, which are available in the business rules, would be the appropriate places to configure this. However, this approach does not seem to work. For instance, hiding the "Grades" section works as expected.

Does anyone know if this is the expected behavior and/or how to successfully hide the "Budget Details" and "Attachments" sections in the "Request a New Position" page?
