HCM Design Studio: Required option not displayed for existing Action Rule

Hi Experts,

Not sure, if you have seen this issue before. In HCM Design Studio, The REQUIRED option is not visible when trying to edit an existing Action Rule.

Here is the screen that comes up when editing an existing Action Rule (Transfer)

But when I create a New Action Rule for Transfer, the Required Option is listed:
