Has anyone encountered the error IRC-1590573? Can the error message be updated to reflect the format

Summary: While referring a Candidate and updating the work phone number. The correct format is Country, Area code should be first 3 digits and Work Phone should be 7 digits without any '-'.

However, Client wants the error message to mention that the correct format should be without a hyphen in the work phone field. I have attached a screenprint of the error message as Client is entering the Work Phone with a hyphen.

Is there a way that the error message can be updated to reflect what is the correct format for the phone numbers?
