When the current approver clicked the "Request information" to the initiator, the workflow will be back to the initiator, the initiator withdraw the application, but the current pending approver can't receive the withdrawn notification, the customer mentioned it needed to send the withdrawn notification to the current pending approver.

I have tested the APPROVERS/OWNER/REVIEWERS/ASSIGNEES of the notification setup in the BPM, the current pending approver can't receive the withdrawn notification.
