Personal Details Page in Redwood - Employees Not Displayed and Filters Not Working

Hello Oracle Community,

I’m encountering an issue with the Redwood "Personal Details" page, where no employees are being displayed. Additionally, the filters do not seem to be functioning as expected.

I have checked the relevant profile options and confirmed the following:

  • HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED: Y
  • ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED: Y
  • ORA_PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED: Yes

Despite these settings being activated, the problem persists. The Responsive Page works fine. Has anyone experienced similar issues or could suggest any troubleshooting steps?
