RSSP: Is there a way to disable preferences options regarding 'My Requisitions'and 'Cart' screens

Summary: With 25A bringing in two types of displays for each page, is there a way to disable the choice or type of display for the 'Search Requisitions', 'My Requisitions' and, 'Cart' screens. There is a choice to change the display on each screen at the top, but also you can change the display via preferences tab. Anyway to disable these options? maybe VBS?
