Specialization Auto-Enrollment new hires
Summary: Looking our for best practice en auto-enroll new hires into a specialization
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Client has an OTBI analysis delivering hew hires based on Enterprise start dates - Learning Initiative defined based on the analysis results. We have two issues:
A) Newly defined analysis doesn't show in the list of search results (folder correct, other analyses appear) —> is there a process that needs to run on a schedule?
B) Learning Initiative: I set up the Learning Initiative linked to the specialization. Where exactely do I define that "assign specialization to all new hires on their hire date +1", so that there is no need to reconcile?
