Not able to change Enterprise date from work relationship

Hi Team,

We need to change Enterprise Hire Date ....Legal Employer Hire Date cannot be same as Enterprise Hire Date for employees who came from acquisition . It is currently mapped to the hire date which is causing confusion to our employees who came in as part of an acquisition.

We are not able to edit the date in the Work relationship page.
