Action Reasons are not visible in the LOVs of Involuntary termination

Summary:

When trying to select a NA action reason code, the drop down list does not go all the way down to the NA reasons.. it appears there is a limit to how many action reason codes can be in the drop down? Is there a work around for this?
Please let me know if anyone have faced similar issue.

This is the screenshot of the LOVs where NA action reason are not visible.

On Configure Actions page we have added NA action reasons but none of them are visible.
