Redwood Cancel Work Relationship Global Transfer Payroll Error Message

Summary:

After enabling Redwood Cancel Work Relationship, we can no longer cancel a work relationship for a global transfer (scenario: effective start date for new LE is incorrect). The Error Message states we must roll back the payroll process results from 2/7/2025 before canceling the work relationship.

In this test scenario, entered the Global Transfer start date as 3/2/2025. I ran the Absence Withdraw Accruals and Balances > Delete enrollments from the Assignment-2 record.

The last Calculate Payroll in our test system was ran on 2/7/2025 which is tied to the first assignment at the original Legal Employer.

How are we to cancel a work relationship for a Global Transfer in Redwood to correct the start date?
