Hello!

Please help with this error message on loading new elements via HSDL. I do not know what entry sequence it needs for a new entry.

"The data isn't valid for the element …. and the effective date 2025-02-27. You can't provide the entry sequence for creating an element entry. Provide the create entry sequence to create an element entry."
